Leadership Team

 

Mission Statement

Leadership Team provides for planning and implementing a program of nurture, outreach, witness, and resources in the local church. It shall also provide for the administration of its organization and temporal life. It envisions, plans, implements, and annually evaluates the mission and ministry of the church. The leadership team shall be amenable to and function as the administrative agency of the Charge Conference.

Leadership Team met 11/22 at 6pm
•    Discussed COVID protocols. No updates at this time.
•    Approved the 2022 Budget (copies available in the office)
•    Approved Pastor's reduction/deduction letter
•    Approved Trustee/Finance request for a special Capital Campaign (this Lent)
•    Discussed 2022 meeting schedule
•    Continued the discussion on how to have difficult conversations
•    Next meeting 1/24/2022 at 6pm via Zoom
