Trunk or Treat

Get ready for a day full of fun, creativity, and community spirit! Join us for our Annual Trunk or Treat—a safe and family-friendly event where children can dress up in their favorite costumes and go “trunk to trunk” collecting treats in our church parking lot.
Ways to Participate:

Host a Trunk—decorate your car and hand out treats!

Enjoy the festivities with your family!
* Please bring a non-perishable food item to support our Goodness Now Food Pantry.
Children's Sunday School
Join us every Sunday for Bible stories, music, and fun!
Children explore faith, make friends, and learn how much God loves them.
Children are invited to join us in worship at the beginning of the service and will be joyfully dismissed to Sunday School following the children’s message.

Christmas Eve Service for Children and Families

Celebrate the wonder of Christmas with a joyful, family-friendly service designed especially for children and their loved ones!
Join us as we tell the story of Jesus’ birth through music, glow sticks, and child-friendly moments of worship and wonder.
Children will take part in the nativity story, sing familiar carols, and experience the light of Christmas in a way that captures hearts of all ages. Whether this is your family’s first Christmas at MUMC or a beloved tradition, all are welcome to celebrate the good news of “God with us.”
Come as you are, bring your family and friends, and share in the joy and hope of Christmas!
Easter Egg Hunt

Hop on over and join us for an afternoon of fun, laughter, and celebration!
Our annual Easter Egg Hunt is a joyful tradition for children and families to celebrate the hope and new life of Easter.
Children will enjoy egg hunts by age group, crafts, games, and sweet treats—all in a safe and welcoming environment. Don’t forget to bring your Easter baskets and invite your friends and neighbors!
Everyone is welcome—come share in the joy of community and the promise of Easter!
Ladybug Festival

Celebrate spring and community with us at our Annual Ladybug Festival!
This family-friendly event is filled with joy, color, and connection—featuring games, crafts, face painting, music, food, and, of course, ladybugs!
Come enjoy a beautiful day with friends and neighbors as we celebrate God’s creation and the gift of community. Children can participate in fun outdoor activities, enjoy treats, and even take home a few lucky ladybugs to release!
All are welcome! Whether you’re part of the church family or new to the area, join us for a day of laughter, love, and springtime celebration.
Summer Camp 2026 - "Rainforest Falls"
Join us for an unforgettable week of laughter, learning, and growing in faith at Middletown United Methodist Church’s Annual Summer Camp! In the summer of 2026, we will explore "Rainforest Falls - Exploring the Nature of God."
Children will enjoy a week filled with engaging Bible stories, creative crafts, outdoor games, music, and hands-on activities that help them discover God’s love in fresh and joyful ways.
Dates: Monday, July 6, 2026 - Friday, July 10, 2026
Ages: 3 years old (potty-trained) through 8th grade
Cost: Free - Donations welcome!
