Back to School Drive
We are collecting new school supplies and other essential items for children and families in our community. Your donation can help ease the burden of preparing for a new school year and remind students that they are supported and cared for.

Please place donations in the collection bins located in the church hallway by Sunday, August 16, 2026.

* All donated items will be distributed to families served by Goodness Now Food Pantry.
Pray for Youth Mission Trip!
Please keep our youth and adult chaperones in your prayers this week, as they head to Scranton, PA with the UM Army to help those in need. They will be making home repairs as well as making connections with homeowners and other teens throughout the week!
Confirmation Class
Do you have a rising 7th grader or older student who is ready to profess their faith through confirmation? We’ll be offering confirmation classes starting on October 11, 2026, twice a month, with confirmation scheduled for May 16, 2027. In addition to our classes, there will be a field trip to Historic St. George’s United Methodist Church and the Bishop’s Confirmation Retreat.

Haircuts for Mission
Suzette Halligan, a licensed cosmetologist, will once again be giving free haircuts in exchange for a small donation towards our Missions. She can meet you at your house, hers, or the church! Contact Suzette or the church office to make an appointment.
Goodness Now Amazon Wishlist
Goodness Now is a food pantry operated by Middletown United Methodist Church, in partnership with other organizations, to help alleviate food insecurity in the community.

Serve in Worship!
We’re looking for volunteers to serve as liturgists in worship — helping lead announcements, Scripture readings, or parts of the service. This is a wonderful way to use your voice and gifts to bless our congregation.
